Patrick Fay, Professor of Electrical Engineering and Director of the Notre Dame Nanofabrication Facility (NDNF), will present an overview of the fabrication and analysis capabilities available in the NDNF. Options for pattern definition/lithography, material deposition (dielectrics, metals, and semiconductors), material removal/etching techniques available, as well as packaging and assembly capabilities will be described.  An overview of the options available for engaging with the NDNF will also be presented.
