Join the Office of Foundation Relations for a conversation with Dr. Suman Datta and Dr. Bob Dunn on strategies and common challenges when scaling research. Topics include: administering large and complex grants, how to develop an effective team, managing your team and research partners, and following through on project deliverables.

Suman Datta is the Stinson Professor of Nanotechnology in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Director of the ASCENT Center, a $38.8 million multi-university research center for advanced semiconductor technologies. Bob Dunn is a professional specialist in the department of electrical engineering and managing director of the ASCENT Center.
