The University of Notre Dame is holding a competition to recognize outstanding undergraduates in nanoscience and nanoengineering.
Who is eligible?
Students graduating in 2015-2017 who are actively engaged in undergraduate research at their respective universities.
How do I apply?
By August 15, e-mail your resumé, a one-page description of your research project, a Power Point file recapping your research findings, and a recommendation letter from your adviser, to email@example.com. Be sure to include your name, university, e-mail address, research adviser's name, engineering or science discipline, and planned month/year of graduation.
Up to 12 finalists will be selected and invited to present their findings at a one-day event at Notre Dame on Friday, October 17.
$6,000 in prizes will be awarded at the fall poster session:
- First Place $3,000
- Second Place $2,000
- Third Place $1,000
